One of the leading lawyers with over 20 years of experience as a former legal practitioner, lecturer and examiner at many universities in UK and overseas, advisor to many organisations specialising in public law/human rights, immigration law, education law, criminal law, member of Chartered Institute of Arbitration, former member of immigration panel (1999-2004), presently the chairman of a television network and Manchester College of Higher Education & Media Technology. Dr. Malik holds postgraduate qualification which include a graduate diploma in Public Law Staffordshire Univ.,  Masters Degree (LLM) Univ. of Wolverhampton, Doctorate in Administrative and Constitution Law (Ph.D) Univ. of Manchester, Solicitors qualifying examination, College of Law, BPP, School of Law London, Advocate of High Court of Punjab.

Philip Ian Lewis

Principal

Mr Phillip Ian Lewis as Principal of the college has over 30 years of experience in education, working as head of schools in England and Wales. He has also served as Inspector for OFSTED with substantial experience in managing business and education partnership projects.  Phil qualifications include NPQH National Professional Qualification for Headship (University of Manchester), M.Ed. (University of Wales), B.Sc. (University of Wales), Cert. Ed. in Physical Education (Cardiff College), NEBSS Sales and Marketing (Deeside College) and Qualified R.G.N.I. Inspector for OFSTED (University of Wales 2005).

Akhtar Rana

Vice Principal

Mr. Akhtar Rana is a proven leader and innovator with nearly 8 years of professional and academic experience. He is one of the founding members of the college team and currently leads administrative team as vice Principal at MCHEMT. Akhtar is a qualified Chartered (CA), Management accountant (ACMA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is also a Java certified programmer (JCP) 

Raman Mac

Head of Marketing

Raman has over a decade of senior management experience in the IT, Telecom and retail sector which covers various disciplines of marketing, sales, corporate strategy and product management. at MCHEMT he is responsible for corporate tie-ups, work placements, alliances and college marketing activities

Nazia Malik

MA, Head of Administration and Student Welfare

Over 10 years of experience as a legal practice manager and in the National Health Service Industry. Plan, develop and manage college administration. Specialist of Human Resources educated at Bolton University and studied post graduate at Univ. of Huddersfield and also holds a MA in healthcare law.

Amrey Ahmed

B.Sc, M.Sc, Academic Coordinator & Senior Lecturer

Over 10 years of experience in IT & computer in Malaysia and UK. Assist lecturer to assess student course-works and examinations. Conduct module/course learning support to undergraduate students via the e-learning system (VLE- Blackboard and Moodle). His qualification include M.Sc from University of Salford, BSc. Information Technology.

Shahid Rashid

Account Manager

Over 10 years of experience in legal practice accounts and Financial Accounting, Taxation, Internal Audit, Accounting information system, Financial Planning, Accounting system development, P & L Management, Cost Control Systems, Budgeting and Forecasting, Computerized Accounts, Management Accounting, Team Leadership, Bank negotiations and relations.

Number of years of experience in Criminal Law, Public Law and Immigration. Former legal advisor to television network dealing with media network issues, dispute resolutions. 

Mr Maqbool Malik

Group Director, Senior Lecturer

Maqbool was a former Businessman, fashion designer turned solicitor of the Supreme Court and has several years experience in Civil litigation (ADR), Immigration, Company & Commercial law, Solicitors management, and accounts and foreign law. He holds the LLM, Univ of Huddersfield and graduate diploma, Manchester Univ, Solicitors qualifying examination college of law, London. Adovcate of high court of Punjab.

Mr Nadeem Malik

Several years experience in Civil litigation,       International disputed issues Immigration, Company & Commercial Law and Head of Media Network dealing with regulatory and broadcasting issues. He holds the LLM degree from Univ. of Staffordshire, Graduate Diploma from Legal Law and Practice from Univ. of Huddersfield.

Irfan joined MCHEMT in Jan 2010 and has over 10 years of experience in IT, Networking and training companies. He is the BCS course leader and lecturer for IT & Computing short term courses
