Welcome to Manchester College of Higher Education and Media Technology College's Open Days page. If you are thinking about applying to MCHEMT, whether as an undergraduate or a postgraduate, you can choose one of many ways to come and visit or talk to friendly staff in our campuses.
 
Feel welcome to come along and visit the grounds of the College for yourself if you happen to be in Manchester. Some courses and course leaders  can arrange for staff or students to speak to you about their department, if you make an advance appointment, for more information please visit the News and Events section of the MCHEMT Website for further details on visiting the college outside of an open day.
 
If you'd just like some more general information about studying at MCHEMT, we have plenty of advice for prospective students on everything from living costs, accommodation in Manchester to applying for one of our many IT, Media and short terms skill development courses.
 

Open Days for A level

For potential undergraduates, School leavers and 16+ , MCHEMT runs many short term courses and one-day taster days that you might be interested in whether or not you plan to come to the College after your A-levels.  The majority of these events run during school holiday periods; different application procedures apply for each one so make sure you know who to go to for more information.


Open Days for GCSE O levels

The MCHEMT is able to offer wide range of vocational pathways and designed courses to suit the learners need from entry level and level 1 to 3 and 4. The core units can be used to develop skills in learning for life, personal and work development. Pathways you could create include -
