ADMISSIONS OFFICE
The admission process at MCHEMT is very simple and comprises the following stages. If you live overseas and would like to apply for a place at Manchester Technology College, the correct application procedure is explained here. By selecting a link, you will be given further details regarding each stage of the application process.
Admission Process
Stage 1: Initial Application
To apply for a course at MCHEMT you need to submit the following:
- A filled application form, which can be done Online through our Management System or
Download The Form
- A copy of the applicant’s passport
- Passport size photographs or Scanned copy (taken at least in the last 3 months)
- Copies of your previous certificates. (examination results slips, educational certificates, degree etc)
- Letters from past and present employers confirming work experience (if applicable).
- If you are waiting for references or final exam results you may still send your
application and may be accepted on a provisional basis.
- Any remaining documents required for the Admission must be submitted to the
Admissions Office before registration
Note: All above documents and information can easily be uploaded through Student Login
to our MCHEMT Management System.
This would save significant time and postage costs.

Stage 2: Enrolment Decision
As soon as the Admission office receives your application form, it is passed to the relevant department for enrolment decision. This process usually takes 2-3 days.
If the course director accepts the student in the requested programme then conditional offer letters and terms & policy are sent by email to the student.
Stage 3: Enrolment
After the acceptance, if the student wishes to enroll in that course, he/she is required to send an initial deposit through a bank draft/Cash/Credit or Debit Card payable to
MCHEMT for the amount specified in Letter of Offer and send it to the College Admissions Office.

Upon receiving the fees deposit, certificate of enrolment is issued. At this stage, a student may send the deposit if he/she wants the
college to arrange their accommodation. In this case, a letter confirming their accommodation in Manchester is also issued.
